• Please bring your own bicycle — this is an intermediate-level round-island route, so a reasonable level of riding fitness is recommended.需自備單車，這趟是中級路線的單車環島，建議具備一定的騎乘實力。
• Minors (under 18) must obtain parental consent to participate.未成年（未滿 18 歲）想參加，得先取得父母同意。
• If a vehicle-related traffic accident occurs during the trip, please contact on-site staff immediately and follow their instructions.若比賽途中發生與車輛的交通事故，請立即聯繫現場工作人員，並依指示處理。
• When registering, please prepare all required documents and pay a NT$15,000 deposit to secure your spot, and sign the travel contract.報名時請備齊資料並繳交訂金 15000 元以保留名額，同時需簽署旅遊契約。
• Due to room availability, weather, flower season timing, or other unavoidable circumstances, the order of the itinerary, sightseeing spots, lodging, or meals may sometimes need to be adjusted to keep the trip running smoothly — thank you for your understanding.若遇到訂房、氣候、花季早晚或其他不可抗力因素，為了讓旅程更順暢，有時不得不調整行程順序、修正觀光點或住宿與餐飲安排，還請見諒。
• Hotels and meals follow the itinerary as listed; if fully booked or if an upgrade is desired, we may switch to a comparable-grade hotel or adjust the meal arrangement depending on hotel and itinerary conditions, though the meal standard won’t change.
